We had found a property that the selling agent had told us was already under contract, so back to the market we went. My Wife had worked with an Tony a few years before when she bought a condo so we were happy to find out he could help us here too. She mentioned the property to Tony, he did some research and found out that actually it was available!! That SAME day he scheduled a showing with us and the selling agent. We walked the building and with Tony's guidance we put in an offer that was accepted. During the inspection process (before closing) some issues came up with the building and the selling agent was very unaccommodating to navigate through these issues. Several times the selling agent tried to say it wasn't his problem, it was ours; and one time even threatened to keep our Escrow if we didn't take the building along with its issues. In the end with Tony's support we were able to eventually close on the building and the seller covered the cost of the repairs. I can say with 100% absolute certainty that without Tony we wouldn't have got this Wonderful Location and we would be out Several Thousand Dollars in escrow! Had Tony not spent the additional weeks to see this deal through for us that building would still be for sale. Tony not only helped us by dealing with that terrible selling agent... he indirectly helped that seller actually get it sold. There are certainly more real estate transactions in my future and I wont waste any time to try and do this on my own, Tony Deppe will be my first call. He was never concerned about how much money he would make selling my house but rather how to make selling it stress-free for me. Because he is incredibly knowledgable about the market, he could give an honest opinion on list price. He used professional equipment to take bright HD and beautiful pictures of my home. He used all marketing tactics to get my home noticed, resulting in no less than 3 showings almost every day. ZillowVERIFIED Tony is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. He was already representing the seller and I asked if could also represent me as buyer. He did that with utmost service and integrity to both the seller and to me. His service was way above and the call of duty. He came to the house additional times to let me in and always with great cheer and friendliness as if it were I doing him a favor. After obtaining acceptance of my offer, I listed five significant items I would like to have done before purchase. He cheerfully set about to get them all done and gave me the work orders showing what was involved to get them done. That will also be handy since I now have names and numbers to call when I need future work done. After closing yesterday he came over today to help me find some items. AND he ended up cheerfully helping me carry a heavy load half way across the property. Tony is very knowledgeable and quick to grasp new situations. ZillowVERIFIED My wife Lynmari and I (Jim) put our house on the market with another "Big Name" real estate company on July 2 2013. Despite all the right talk we wanted to hear from the agent, it languished for 6 months. No offers, few showings, very little communication with the agent unless we initiated it. We ended that contract and called Tony. We went from the dark to the light. Tony came very highly recommended to us. As a matter of fact, we had scheduled other agent interviews beginning with Tony. He was our only interview. We cancelled the others. Tony put our house on the market on 28 Dec. In the next two weeks we had showing after showing and wound up with 3 offers by the end of the third week, and closed in late February. He sold our house in about 16 days for us. Why didn't we know about Tony last July was what we kept asking ourselves. Tony negotiated a full price sale for us. This young man is exceptionally impressive - he uses all the resources at his disposal superbly- all of the latest electronic tools, vast resources within his company and the network of agents, countrywide, to make things happen. He makes the buyer work a little bit if they want to come in and see your house, not simply pick up a brochure from the front yard. Tony has the statistical evidence those expensive brochures don't really accomplish much and there are far more effective selling tools he relies on. Tony is honest with you and provides superior guidance when you need to make the myriad of decisions accompanying the sale of your home. He is a kind, courteous, energetic and devoted professional dedicated to helping you achieve your goal. He calls frequently and answers his phone immediately when you call - Wow!!! That was reassuring and proved he cared immensely about what he was doing. Don't make the mistake we made by calling someone else - call Tony first.
