They will promise you that they have thousands of customers just waiting to buy your house. If they get the listing they will post it on line and wait for someone else to sell it. Someday,maybe.If your are serious about selling your home I know from experience that Tony is a seller, not a lister. He is willing to think outside the box and do what it takes to get your home sold. He is also a negotiator that can take care of those pesky details that have to be taken care of to complete the sale. He is also pleasant and easy to work with.

We listed Feb 1, 2016 and our home sold February 19, 2016. They were representing both buyer and seller, and were very professional. Through no fault of theirs, closing was delayed until June 2017. We moved out of state, but if we were in S.C., would not hesitate to use them to buy or sell.
