ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jewel started off well, but it ended unprofessionally. We agreed on a $400 gift card, but she only provided $200. Jewel explicitly stated, "I can comp the $400 admin fee as the closing gift or I can give the gift card." We chose the gift card, but she failed to deliver the full amount. When we confronted her about the discrepancy, she stopped responding and appears to have blocked us. We brought this issue to Tony, who assured us during an in-person meeting that he would follow up. He has not responded since. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Avoid working with this team if you value transparency and integrity. They do not honor agreements and ignore concerns when confronted. From: Jewel Carey Date: Sat, 2 Nov 2024 at 08:01 Greg, I hope you both are doing well. As previously stated in the email above, I typically comp the $400 admin fee as the closing gift -or- I can give the gift card. You stated you wanted the $400 gift card so the admin fee stays the same. My policy is either doing one or the other. Best Regards, Jewel

ZillowVERIFIED Sam took us all over Colorado Springs looking for homes, helped us find the perfect financial people who also worked with us and suggested neighborhoods and other resources to make our move to Colorado easy. She is friendly and outgoing and got to know our likes and dislikes and even suggested restaurants in our area. Her past work experiences in construction allows her to be a great resource for home buyers. she really knows her stuff and I have already taken one of her cards for a friend who will be moving from Arizona in the summer.

ZillowVERIFIED Travis is a GREAT real estate agent! He builds a great rapport with buyers and sellers and got us this house when it was an absolute atrocious bidding war. In the end we got the house and it is definitely a big thanks to Travis. If you want the best real estate agent in the Springs or surrounding areas then you definitely want Travis!

ZillowVERIFIED Spoke with Tony about a year before we intended to buy and greased the skids to find what we ultimately wanted to purchase. Lo and behold, it was like everyone else had the same idea to buy a house at the same time. Tony's expertise and local knowledge of the market as the insaneness it was when we decided to buy was paramount in our being able to secure a home. He patiently worked with us as we dipped our feet in some options that would have ultimately been a down size and helped us find a house that was within 24 hrs of listing that it seemed no one else was expecting that fit what we had imagined for our new home. His understanding of what the market was currently demanding made it so our offer was too good to refuse and we were under contract hours into it being listed. His team that he has amassed is all you would ever need when you buy and everything was beyond smooth. I don't plan on moving in the near future but know I will be advocating for how much Tony was able to make it feel like the market for purchasing a house right now is not bananas. He had answers to questions that I was thinking but had not even asked yet. Definitely the professional you want representing you.
