Renee Spruiel is an outstanding real estate agent. I've known Renee for years with her selling homes for the company I worked for. When it came time to sell our rental property, my wife and I considered no one but Renee. She recently sold our townhouse in Newark, Delaware in 9 days. Renee advised us what repairs should be done and how best to present our property. Because of Renee's advise and negotiation skills, we got top dollar. Renee is very professional and very personable. I truly cannot recommend Renee Spruiel enough for your homebuying or selling needs! She is simply SPECTACULAR! She far exceeded any expectations I had in selling our out-of-state investment property in what I would consider a challenging fall market. I was very nervous about the timing not working out in our favor with interest rates being so high and with a lot of inventory in our market sitting for months. But from the initial phone call all the way through post-closing, she exemplified professionalism, authenticity, poise, excellent customer service, and EFFICIENCY! She literally made selling our out of state home an absolute breeze! And she sold our home in record time! In what we thought was going to take months and months to sell, we sold in a few weeks! That can only be attributed to Renees diligence from the time she provided a CMA, to listing the home, and keeping both us as sellers and potential buyers and their agents constantly informed. I truly believe we had the best listing in our local market ?? Renee is extremely communicative and open about the entire process including state-specific nuances and was always willing to answer any and all questions and concerns especially with us being out of state. She even did our walkthrough and was the point person when we had contractors visit the house to address any repairs. On top of all of that, our home was in Dover, DE and Renee is mostly in the Wilmington area so the fact that she was able to be at the property in Dover at 9am on several occasions to follow up with vendors and contractors just demonstrates her commitment to doing a thorough job! She truly handled every detail with professionalism, kept us informed every step of the way, and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Renee went above and beyond to market our property, negotiate the best deal, and answer our questions promptly, no matter the time of day. Renee was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help me throughout my entire house hunt. From the moment we were interested in getting a house (October 2022), Renee has been a delight to work with! We came in not knowing much about buying a house and she was a wealth of knowledge and information to us as first time home buyers. Home buying in general has been a roller coaster of emotions and time, but Renee stayed persistent and positive in helping us find our first home! She was able to clearly explain all our questions and worries along the way and helped us make some competitive offers. Through all the perseverance and her full support in coaching us through it all from when we started to now, we finally can call a house, our home and we couldnt have done it without her! She clearly shows that she is an advocate for not only her company, but her clients as well. She takes the time to answer all our questions no matter what time and if you didnt know, she would try to find that answer or refer us to someone who is knowledgeable of the topic.
