He was referred to us by a friend whom had just recently purchased a home with Tony's assistance. We got lucky with Tony in that the first house we viewed with him we purchased. However, I can honestly say without his expertise and quick tactics I would not be sitting here in my home writing this review. We had a lot of competition and Tony's quick witted steps and calculated decisions are what landed us our beautiful home. He is professional and was able to give us top notch service when it came to the negotiation/closing process, inspection (he offered wonderful referrals for multiple contractors/inspectors) and his general awareness and availability to his clients is extraordinary (weekends, early mornings/late nights). Tony does what needs to be done to get his clients what they want. Two of my favorite things about Tony were that he was not pushy and listened. He truly cared about what his clients wanted and never put his own interests before his clients. We had just fired our recent agent and he truly came in and saved us with our first home buying experience. We couldn't ask for a better realtor and highly recommend him.

If I had any questions he always picked up the phone, if not called me minutes after. Always explains thing in layman terms, so i always understood what was going on. He is the type of real estate agent that really looks out for your best interest. For example my last purchase the the previous owners left a bunch of garbage curbside in front of the house, even though the closing was already over and everything was signed he still took it upon himself to make sure the previous owners picked up the mess or was going to get me money back from the sale of the house. I can't express how wonderful Tony is and how he really goes above and beyond.
