A huge shout out to Tonja and her team. Tonja helped me sell my childhood home after my parents passed away. She brought a lot of calm to the process and was extremely patient with me. I was completely overwhelmed at the time as I had a home to empty, was recovering from two major surgeries, trying to care for my husband who was going through some serious health challenges, while also trying to fulfill my duties as a trustee of the estate. Tonja held an open house and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. She also helped us to get the home staged, which gave the empty house some character.
