She genuinely cares, and she is so genuine! We had such a perfect experience with her when we built our first home. We hit bumps in the road and she navigated us through them. She advocated for us with upgrades and options. She was creative in helping us solve problems as they arose. Honestly, that was years ago, but she fees more like a friend than a professional (though she is that). We have called upon her for home/mortgage related matters and questions even when we werent selling or buying, and she was happy to make herself available and was helpful. She communicates regularly and provides annual opportunities to gather and greet her in a customer appreciation night. We feel remembered, cared about, and valued as customers.
