ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Tonia Allis by someone who cared for me very much and wanted me in the best hands as an inexperienced first time home buyer. Tonia gave me the confidence and excellent advice to help me make all the right decisions. Her masterful negotiation skills got the deal done with a great offer for both parties. We looked at countless houses and she was completely patient and didnt rush me to make any decisions. She even offered help in the way of contractors and labor help in fixing the things I wanted to in my new home. I will be looking to work with Tonia Allis on all future home and commercial real estate purchases and you should too. Dont settle for less ask for the best Tonia got it done for me and she will do it for you too!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Tonia when we bought our current home and knew we going to have her list our previous home once it was ready. She listed and sold our home, and was always in contact to help us navigate through the process. Tonia is very knowledgeable, hard working, and a great communicator that we would highly recommend to anyone that needed to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers we would not have been able to do this without Tonia. She was so patient with us, answered all of our questions and advocated for us in this rollercoaster of a market. She even guided us when a home we loved was way overpriced with no comps in the area and helped us avoid a bad future equity situation- all things we would have never thought of. We cannot recommend her enough. Will absolutely use again.

ZillowVERIFIED Tonia was all around amazing! Never bothered by my questions and never hesitated to help with all that she could. She found my perfect home quickly and it was all that I asked for. She was always available for showings and made sure the showings happen as soon as possible. She also hooked me up with a great almost free ADT home security system. A 2000 dollar value for less than 200.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Tonia when we called on one of the houses she had for sale. She met us at the house within an hour of us calling her. She was friendly and didn't rush us while we looked at the house. We ended up buying that house and we liked her so much we listed our house with her that same week. Our house sold within 3 months! She made the whole process easy and it wasn't stressful. I would highly recommend buying or selling a house through Tonia! She is awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED Tonia went above and beyond to help us purchase our very first home. Within five minutes of the home being listed she notified us and had us into the home to view it within 30 minutes. Later that same night we had an accepted offer on it! Shes always answered the call when we have had any questions or concerns. She was right there at our sides calling whoever to get the job done! Shes honest, dependable, and very knowledgeable. I wouldnt want to use any other realtor! Shes also can walk into any home and give you great diy tips and help you create a vision for it!

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely helpful through the process. We left for vacation a week after listing, had 3 offers and did all the negotiating over the phone. She was much calmer than I during over the course of the sale. Thank you Tonia.

ZillowVERIFIED Tonia is a very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth realtor that makes the whole selling and purchasing experience uncomplicated. We had 2 purchasers that had fallen through by no fault of our own and Tonia still ensured that we closed on our house in less then 45 days with full asking price. Tonia truly cares about her clients and their needs and will go above and beyond for you. I highly recommend Tonia Allis for your real estate needs!
