ZillowVERIFIED So thankful for a Shark Tank rerun and a commercial by Barbara Corcoran! We called Sold on Toni to sell our country home of 25 years. Met with Josiah Vander Heyden a few days later in early May. We talked about best practices to get house ready for sale, what he thought our asking price should be and he told us he felt we could sell the house and close by August. The sale went EXACTLY that way! We accepted an offer on Day 23 and the closing was held on Aug. 7th! Sold on Toni made this stressful and emotional process 'a walk in the park'! It was such a smooth and easy transaction. The staff was so helpful in answering all of our questions and taking care of every detail with this sale. She was so helpful every step of the way and was ready at a moment's notice to try and show us a home we were interested in during a crazy competitive time in the market. She would also always answer the never-ending questions we had for her great promptness. You can tell the care she has for her buyers and she makes you feel like you are her only client with the time and care she provides. Laura really worked with us to understand what we were looking for and actually directed us to the home we ended up purchasing. From there, the rest of the process with Toni's team was painless. Laura advised on and helped us iron out any questions we hit along the way. Closing day went off without a hitch and that is all thanks to Laura, Toni and the entire team! At the same time finding us the perfect home to upgrade and raise our family in. I feel like our realtor could have pushed us into tryin to sell, in turn collecting a percentage of the sell price for commission. We did not get that vibe and our realtor Greg Saunders was extremely helpful through the whole process. We personally did not know the Vander Heyden family but they went over and beyond to please the customer. Helping us make the decision of keeping this property as a realestate investment. There son (Josiah) came over went through the property briefly and told us what needed to be done whether we decided to rent or sell. He further went into some depth and explained to us what the realestate business is all about. How it has benefitted himself and his family in so many ways. ZillowVERIFIED I sold my home in less than 48 hours for more than the asking price, all because of Toni's guidance. She gave me suggestions on things I should do to make my home more marketable. I took her list seriously and took my time fixing up the house. When finished, I gave my home a proper cleaning and staged it myself. The first day on the market, we had seven showings. The next day we had three offers which resulted in a bidding war. I accepted an offer that was higher than the asking price, 48 hours after it was put on the market. I could not be happier with the help that I have received from Toni and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Overall not a bad experience. Toni assessed my home, compared it to other homes in the area. Talked my wife and I to list it less than we wanted, but at a good market value. She ended up getting us offers greater than our listing price anyways. Only thing that really sucked about trying to sell a home that you live in, is that you have to keep leaving every time there is a showing. Fortunately with Toni's help we had a lot of showing the first 3 days but unfortunately it was stressful having to be gone all day. She got us 14 showings in 3 days. Ended up with 3 solid offers by the 5th day on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Communication with Toni was poor throughout. She doesn't answer her phone and has a team member return the call. Toni told us that she loves to get people into bidding wars. The opportunity arose for this to happen but lack of communication with her team member POTENTIALLY lost us thousands of dollars. Two offers came in on our our home at about the same time. Toni and her associate were talking about the offers thinking they were talking about the same one. They were actually talking about two different offers. One was never presented to us until 4 days later. By that point we had already accepted the other offer thinking this was the only offer. Toni told us we could get out of the accepted offer by contacting an attorney. We chose to honor our word and not get an attorney.

Two were not it, but the final one (he must have saved the best for last) was exactly what we were looking for. Silly me, i acknowledged that, and said we ought to keep looking just to be sure. Someone else made an offer on it that night. Fast forward a week or two, we were a bit regretful at passing it up, but we got a call from Greg, letting us know that that offer had been retracted if we were having second thoughts. We jumped on it, and got our first home, with everything just as we wanted it. He took us through the whole process, was available to answer any questions when i needed, and all that other stuff.
