I was referred to Pam by a good friend who had worked with Pam and Toni on several deals and was adamant that I would not be able to find a better agent! I had a very unique custom pool home in East Boynton Beach that I had poured my heart and money into and finally decided to relocate out of state after being in Florida since 1992. I was concerned about selling the home because the remodel and modifications, while tasteful and high-end, were suited to my lifestyle as a single bachelor, carpenter and general contractor. Pam understood my concerns and was able to appreciate the work done on my home as well as offer some input on a few items to add or modify and then they found the perfect buyer for my home; we closed for top dollar with a cash buyer in 30 days! Pam, Toni and Teri were all very helpful and attentive. Pam took the lead for our sale. The team helped us set a selling price and gave us tips for presentation. They recommended staging the house with only about 50% of the furniture that we had been living with, and boy were they right! Despite Zillow describing our neighborhood as being in a buyers' market, we set our asking price above the midpoint of the suggested prices from all the realtors we talked to. By the end of the first weekend, we had four offers, three of which were above asking price! Pam then helped us through the process of getting the best final offer based on a combination of terms and selling price.
