ZillowVERIFIEDToni is very knowledgeable about the market and has fantastic skills in dealing with older clients that will be selling after several years in that house. She has many resources a seller can utilize when in comes to repairs, donations of household furniture, etc. I would definitely recommend her to all age clients! She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Toni is a skilled negotiator, creative thinker and provided exceptional service from the moment we connected with her past the move in date. We relocated from another state and were unfamiliar with the area, so Toni has been a great help to us as we become acclimated to our new city. She remains responsive to this day, weeks after closing, just a text away, ready to answer our questions or be a resource. Not only is she a gray realtor, Toni is also a great ambassador for Paducah, McCracken County.

ZillowVERIFIED In September of 2021, our family was faced with the loss of our Mom and the selling of her home. It was a process we knew would be hard emotionally. We wanted someone who had knowledge of the current Real Estate Market but would also have compassion for our family and situation. Without hesitation, we contacted Toni Stricklin. Toni met with us, brought market comparisons, and listed mom's home. Toni answered all our questions and guided us along the selling process. Within a few days 3234 River Oaks Blvd. was sold!If you need a Realtor, Toni Stricklin is your person. Her knowledge, years of experience. work ethics, integrity, and compassion make her the best !R York

ZillowVERIFIED Toni Stricklin was with us every step of the way, including our cross-country move to Kentucky from the west coast. Before we were even moved to Kentucky she was checking in with us and updating us on the housing market changes in Paducah. It would have been easy for her to tell us to wait until we moved to meet with her, but she was very proactive because she knew houses werent staying on the market long in Paducah. Toni was positive throughout the entire process, and took the time to teach us and coach us about important factors in home buying and selling. This was our first home purchase, so we were clueless on how the process worked. I felt confident in Tonis abilities as a real estate agent, and it was evident from the first meeting that she truly had our best interests in mind. She was always available to us via text and when we asked to see a house the same day. She always made us feel like her number one customers. Even after purchasing our home, Toni checked in with us and made sure we were happy with everything. We had to replace our gas pack through the home warranty and we had issues for about a month with the company and the local heating and air company, going back and forth with no resolution. We reached out to Toni, and THAT SAME DAY, the district manager was on our case and our new gas pack was installed TWO DAYS LATER! She is GREAT at what she does, and goes to the ends of the Earth for her clients. I cannot stress how important a knowledgeable and caring agent is to first time home buyers. Toni Stricklin should be your first choice when choosing an agent!

She was always willing to show us whatever we wanted and gave us suggestions at the same time. ZillowVERIFIED We called Toni first after researching online realtor reviews. Toni had many positive reviews in the Paducah KY area, and had experience with our type of property. Toni also stood out because she had given my dad her business card when she sold a house on the same street years ago. After my brother and I met with Toni, we knew right away that we were in good hands. Toni Stricklin took great care of us and answered all questions along the way, suggested some minor improvements we could make. It all turned out great. Highly recommend working with Toni.

ZillowVERIFIED Toni was recommended to me by multiple local friends of mine when they heard that I wanted to sell my house. And I am so glad I listened. Toni went out of her way and personally staged my house before putting it on the market. I had my house in my little quirky ways. The effort from her and her team made my house look so much more appealing to the local potential buyers, like the ones from magazines. She is also very proactive in keeping up with scheduling showings, providing feedback from potential buyers, helping me make adjustments on selling strategy. Communicating with her has always been pleasant and easy as a breeze. I would definitely recommend her to my friends too!

ZillowVERIFIED As an out of state homeowner I needed a little extra assistance preparing my Paducah house for the market. Toni tapped into her resources to help accomplish the finishing touches and then worked diligently to get my house sold. Ive worked with several very nice realtors, but whose agenda was seemingly more theirs than mine. Throughout the process with Toni, I felt she put me 1st. Listening aEUR~really listening then giving candid recommendations of how best to move forward, keeping me informed throughout the showings and through to the closing. She was accessible via text or phone call and predictably quick to respond to a message. In summary, Toni is an EXCEPTIONAL real estate agent, in part because she is an exceptional person; compassionate and thoughtful, organized and detail oriented and kindly persevering. Add her depth of local market knowledge, experience, tenacity, dedication to client and you have a remarkably professional agent, whos also a really nice person!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved to Paducah in 2014. Toni was by our side for the house hunting expedition. Houses moved quickly. We "lost" two houses in the bidding wars so we were desperate to find a house but still wanted specific features such as a basement and first floor bedroom. We had only two days left to find our house. Toni spent over 10 hours on day one showing us houses. On day two, we went to more houses and we found one before the "For Sale" sign ever went up. We made our offer the same day and it was accepted by early evening! At closing, she successfully identified some issues that allowed us to keep the closing process on schedule. When the time came to move in 2019, Toni sold our house before our "For Sale" sign ever went up!Toni is a true professional and thoroughly understands the housing market and buying/selling process. She is efficient and professional and gives it her all. Toni was great in helping us through the stress of the moving process!

ZillowVERIFIED Toni was the buyer's agent in the sale of a home we were selling a few years ago and my wife and I were very impressed with her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond in helping to facilitate the sale. My wife and I knew that if we ever relocated back to Paducah, Toni would without a doubt be the agent for us. Sure enough, two years later we are back in Paducah and Toni was the first person we reached out to when we found out we'd be relocating back here. Toni once again went above and beyond in helping us select a home that would fit our needs and preferences in a market where we were having a tough time finding something we thought would work for us. I would highly recommend Toni to anyone who is looking for an agent to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED From the first time we met with Toni about a home she was all about giving us what we needed to make an informed decision. We first came to Paducah on a random visit to see if wed be interested in moving here before accepting our job offers. Even though we were on an information gathering weekend Toni treated us like she was our realtor and showed us approximately six homes on short notice. On top of the home search she spent time educating us on the town of Paducah which included a walk of downtown. When the decision was made to move to Paducah Toni was the only realtor for us hands down and the buying process was great with her by our side. Shes the only realtor wed use again.
