I rarely post reviews, however, because of the EXCEPTIONAL customer service Toni (Mary) Schrock and her team provided, I only thought it was right to do so. My husband and I first met with Toni and explained our very complicated situation using a 1031 exchange to purchase a property in the Delaware beach area. After our initial meeting, I felt very comfortable signing with Toni as she was personable, had extensive knowledge of the Delaware market and appeared confident and capable of handling my involved situation. Toni truly listened when we described what we were looking for and found us the perfect home after looking at only two properties. Needless to say, this was very appreciated! After dealing with other agents who had their own agenda and wasted our time by taking us to properties that were way above our budget, outside of our desired area, or simply not what we were looking for, Toni was a breath of fresh air. Her knowledge of the market, honesty and drive for client satisfaction streamlined the process and enabled us to find exactly what we wanted in only half a day.
