ZillowVERIFIEDWe were blessed to have Antonia (Toni) assist us in the process of selling our home. Her professionalism, hardworking and dedication made the entire process easier and stress free. We have purchased and sell many properties, this time it was much easier and stress free. Toni is an amazing person who gives over 100% effort to the entire process. We sold the house in record time and for a very good price. Toni and her tripoint team are the very best. We very strongly recommend her to anyone who is planning to buy or sell a property. Thank you so very much Toni. God bless you always.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Toni to purchase a new dream home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Toni was professional. At each step in the whole process, Toni came through with their commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first rate. She consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of. From arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Throughout our journey, Toni demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on a particular property, She took it all in stride. I am very grateful for Toni and helping me purchase my first dream home ??

ZillowVERIFIED Toni is a great realtor! She knows her craft better than anyone I know in the field. She took the time to explain the home buying/building process to us and she goes the extra distance to make sure we are happy and content with our decision. She followed up at every avenue and when things got frustrating, she put us at ease with her expertise and caring persona. Toni was truly a blessing for us and I'm sure she will be for anyone who uses her services. Thank you Toni we love you!

ZillowVERIFIED Toni did an excellent job. She was very thorough and helpful in recommending professionals Like a contractor,Insurance agent, property manager etc. She was willing to go look at properties before I came out to look at them myself. She met with me after we purchased the home. Made sure that we were informed on all the latest information As the sale progressed. She is the best real estate agent Ive ever worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Toni for 2 years now. Last year, she helped my family and I find a rental home. This year, she took on the challenge of finding us a house to buy. I have worked with other realtors before in other states, but no one comes close to Toni's expertise & knowledge about the real estate industry. She is very involved, proactive, awesome negotiator and always follows up with an immediate response. No matter the time or day, she is always available. I will definitely recommend her to others. Keep up the great Job and thank you for all the hard work you put forth in helping us find the right home.
