She is absolutely the best I could have wished for; Toni is extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. I originally had my eye on a few properties, she helped me narrow it down to the one I currently own today. She was very honest about the market and helped me choose the option that would give me the best chance at having an offer accepted. She knew the extreme fixer upper I had originally wanted would have hundreds of viewings; she was correct! I never felt pressured to decide, but she also made sure I was informed that we had to move fast if we wanted to make and offer on a certain property. As this was my first home buying experience, it was fantastic to work with someone who has endless resources when it comes to finding an inspector, contractor, or handyman. Toni was there every step of the way and was able to explain some of the process in laymans terms especially when it came to my home inspection. My inspector was even impressed by how knowledgeable she is. When the seller was dragging their feet with some utility issues needed for the inspection, she quickly escalated our request. At the end of the day Toni was able to get me a substantial credit and plumbing repairs done by the seller before closing. I appreciate how diligently she worked to make sure I received what was fair and didnt have to come out of pocket. I absolutely adore Toni and am so grateful for all her time, effort, and kindness. She gave us the most thoughtful welcome home gift basket as well as a move in essentials gift bag. This included all the little stuff you may not have as soon as you move in from cleaning products to toilet paper and solo cups. She is absolutely the sweetest and I cant thank her enough. Toni is quick to respond and never seems annoyed or bothered at the many questions you may have. Buying a home was a Huge step in my life, she made me feel so secure and at ease the entire time. I would absolutely recommend her if youre looking to buy or sell your home to guide you through the process.
