With this said, I have had interactions with hundreds of Agents, and Toni by far is a superior agent. I met this talented individual when my mom decided to start house shopping and went with an unknown person to me! I was hesitant at first, but after the first viewing, I decided I liked her. After the 100th viewing I decided that this woman is a saint. Which is exactly what I remembered when I decided to buy my next house, and Toni was literally the only person that I wanted in my corner. She is very professional, while still being kind and patient, but don't let that kindness fool you. Underneath she is a warrior, just waiting for the go ahead to bare her negotiation batons, and dawning her armor of charm to get you locked into the home of your future. I plan on buying another property in about 5 years, and as long as she will be my realtor, she has a customer for life!

ZillowVERIFIED Toni is a great relator. As a first time home buyer, she made the process less stressful. She was extremely positive and very helpful. Our build took 4 months longer than it was supposed to, and Toni made sure to stay on top of it through the whole process. Even when I would get stressed or doubt the process, her encouragement, optimism, and support never wavered. She answered every question we asked, even the ones I thought would sound silly! She was new to the process of a new build, but she learned quickly and had excellent communication. Her responsiveness was amazing! Even though she was used to dealing with real estate in other parts of town, she took the time to familiarize herself with the area we were looking to buy in. She took what can be a very stressful process and made it easier and enjoyable. If it wasn't for Toni, I wouldn't be living in the amazing house that I currently am. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a reliable realtor.
