ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Pressley Lawrence from Ferraro Realty, she helped us find and buy our new home and sell our previous home. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She went out of her way to make the experience way less stressful than it could have been. All of our transactions went extremely smoothly and we cant recommend them enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Toni did an outstanding job guiding us through the entire home-buying process. My wife and I are in our early 20s (20 and 22), and as first-time buyers, we couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Toni truly took us under her wing and helped us successfully close on a 3-unit investment property. She consistently over-communicated to keep us informed and, during the stressful moments, always reassured us that everything would work outaEUR"and it did. Thanks to Tonis dedication and expertise, we secured the deal of a lifetime, by getting 21k off our closing and down payment in total. She genuinely looked out for our best interests every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED How do I give 12 stars? I worked with Toni on and off for a few years before making my first purchase. She was very patient with me and knows the market well. She even went above and beyond well after the sale to follow up on punch list promises by the builder. Would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Toni helped us purchase our first home in 2016. This year we used Toni again in 2019 to sell our old home and buy our new home. We listed September 1st, went under contract by the 3rd for a close on the 4th of October (the process was flawless, we did have to fix a couple of things like a bad water test and a small septic leak, so just remember to have a little bit of money set aside for potential problems if you plan on selling!). We looked at two houses, we were going to offer on the first one, but they had gone under contract and the other realtor hadnt marked it as such yet. On September 9th at 4pm our new home was posted I drove by and looked at it, I called Toni and told her I NEED TO SEE THIS HOUSE. Unfortunately the selling realtor took a little time to get back, and Toni had driven by and made it home by the time they had got back to her. But that didnt matter, she set scheduled it for 7pm without a care in the world. (AMAZING) We saw the house, made and offer and were under contract by 5pm on the 10th (Only because the other realtor needed more time to present the offer and we couldnt force it that night.) made a VERY quick close on the 4th of October. We signed at 11am on the 4th to sell our old home that we had previously purchased with Toni and bought our new home at 1pm. Toni was nothing but outstanding the entire time, and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a realtor use Toni.If we ever move again (not in the foreseeable future) we will use Toni for sure and you should too.

ZillowVERIFIED As our real estate agent, Toni Ferraro was great. She tried to make it easier for us at every turn, from meeting with us closer to our home to sign the multitude of papers to talking to the bank so they would accept our offer. There was never a question that she was working for us 100%. She made a sometimes complicated process go smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Toni was a fantastic realtor! She was so easy to work with and a joy to be around. She helped my husband and I find and buy our dream home! She really lisitened to what my husband and I were looking for and tried to find is just that. She was readily available to show us listings at all different times of the day and on short notice as well. That is what helped us buy the home we fell in love with, her giving us a showing with super short notice, otherwise our house would have been snatched up! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and fun at the same time. My husband and I had a great experience looking for and buying our house and I contribute that to Toni!!
