ZillowVERIFIED I only dealt with Toni Ann for a very short period of time. The reason for that was because my home sold very quickly. Toni Ann is a very professional realtor. She is a perfectionist when taking pictures for her listings. Not only was she there for me, the seller, but also went above what most realtors would not do, and that was helping the buyer. Mainly because the buyers agent was new and did not have the experience to do closings. Whenever I needed Toni Ann, she was there for me. I really never give 5 stars when doing a recommendation, but she gets my 5. I would surely recommend her to anyone who wants a professional realtor.

She worked with me for almost two years while I lived in Monmouth County and was thinking about retiring to Ocean County. Even though I wasn't planning to buy in the near future, she gave me her time and attention and promptly responded to any questions I had - and I had many! And when the time came and I fell in love with a home for sale by owner, Toni Ann was still there for me with her expertise and honest opinions, even though she would be receiving no compensation. Needless to say, I was quite impressed! About two years later, I referred two family members to Toni Ann and all worked out beautifully. We all agree that Toni Ann is a dilligent, reliable, hard worker who is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable -- she knows her stuff! She is professional and also friendly, down-to-earth and just a pleasure to deal with! She is not "salesy" and works to help her clients find what it is they want for themselves. And she is realistic -- she helps to find homes expected to sell within rather than above the budget a person sets for themselves. Toni Ann has more than earned my respect and my trust, and, again, I could not recommend her more highly!

Toni was Excellent getting information on any development I inquired about. I looked throughout the entire area. Always responded immediately, for all my needs. I also called Toni when I thought attorney was moving slow. She handled it well. She never balked at late evenings or early daytime, as my schedule at the time was hectic and erratic. Always responded immediately.The closing went smooth and all was well. About a month after closing, I had a small issue with my attorney, she jumped on it and resolved, for me.I have purchased eight homes in my time, never has an agent met the service I received from Toni. I would highly recommend Toni to anyone purchasing in this area. She is a go getter and doesn't quit at 6 p.m.

ZillowVERIFIED Sorry to say my experience with Toni Ann was dissapointing.While she is very knowledgable in Ocean County she has no experience in Monmouth County and would like to keep it that way.I contacted Toni and asked if she would help me find a new home in Ocean or Monmouth county,but when I insisited on a house in Monmouth county she declined.And then had the nerve to complain to me about how much she spends on gas showing clients homes.(I travelled an hour to meet in her county, by her office, and followed her in MY car!!!)All I can say is there are some beautiful homes in Ocean County and Toni will show them to you but if your search leads you outside Ocean County,you will need someone else! ps I bought the house I asked her to show me in Monmouth County a week later after I found another realtor!

I won't bore you with all the details of our own personally unique circustance that made for a rather challenging home buying experience to say the least; but suffice it to say, through all the complications that came with our unique circumstance, Toni was nothing short of being a top notch professional throughout the entire process. If you want an agent (in our case we needed a Buyer's agent to help find us a home), someone who will listen and understand your needs, someone who ~if she doesn't know the answer to something will find out, someone who understands real estate market from all sides who in turn can expertly decipher the real estate maze for you, someone who is always always reachable by phone - someone with outstanding negotiating skills, etc., then the agent you are looking for, hands down, in my opinion, is Toni Ann Muro. She will not steer you wrong - funny, she actually knew which home we wanted to buy before we did - but she is patient and understanding and we finally came to the same conclusion she had already known. :) We could not have asked for a better agent and our meeting was by chance not be recommendation, and we are so thankful for that chance meeting and for having her as our agent. We highly recommend her ~ So much so, she is now my sister's real estate agent helping her buy her next home. We personally cannot thank Toni Ann enough!!
