ZillowVERIFIED We met Tommy as a result of an internet search for a realtor to sell an investment property we owned in Royse City, TX. We met over the phone, and I was impressed with his knowledge of the market and the region, and he agreed that he could assist us long distance in getting the house ready for sale. We reside in CA and were not sure how the logistics would work. We traveled to Texas to see the property and we were able to meet for breakfast. He brought comps for the area, and we had a frank conversation about how much to invest in repairs and updating the property and what we could expect in return. We felt even more confident that we had made the correct choice. As the tenant had been in the property for over 8 years, the house needed some TLC and Tommy was so helpful and patient. He arranged for a roofer, painter, flooring, landscaper aEUR" even made trips to Lowes when we had issues with items delivered that were damaged. He even met the installers for a new stove and dishwasher. Even with the time difference aEUR" he promptly replied to my flood of texts and helped us navigate getting the property ready. ZillowVERIFIED We hired Tommy to sell our house right after our first 30 minutes meeting. Tommy has extensive knowledge of Wylie area and that we observed in first meeting. Our house was going on market right before Christmas and I was little skeptical but Tommy had optimistic approach that it may be bad timing in terms of buyer's willingness to buy house but it reduces the competition which struck my mind and we were able to get offers and within month we had genuinely interested buyer, with Tommy's very good negotiation skills we were able to change our home status from "for sale" to "contingent". After home inspection we had very minor fixes required, where we observed that Tommy gave us very good advices which helped us understand the State compliance requirements and we ended up fixing minor issues without too much of cost.

That didn't stop Tommy from constantly reviewing the market numbers and creating different tactics to get my house shown. He was present to get any surprising repairs needed completed on my home when I was hundreds of miles away and could not be there. He was in constant communication with me about status updates and any reviews on my home. Before I moved I consulted with Tommy about buying a house in Texas, but things had changed and I had to move out of state. You would think that would be a nightmare for most sellers, but Tommy did ALL the hard work for us.
