But I didnt had the courage since the difficult of finding the right house and putting all your trust in a Realetor to go there by him self Inspect the house for you and by hes judge you will confirm with a single aEURoeFaceTimeaEUR? if thats the right house for you and to bid it. Tommy was fully honest with me during the all process until we found the aEURoeRight oneaEUR? After we send the contract I came to Texas to see it my self, Tommy met me there and explain me on the existing issue and he had a knowledge about construction that I think most of the Realetor dont have, he knew from the inspection what really need to be done and what not, what would be the price ranges, and which company to call since I'm not from around here. Tommy got me a great deals from all parties Bottom line - He helped me more than he thought of hes commission (which is not that obvious at all with today Realtors) I fully trust him, and now he know that next year Ill buy another property with him here Thanks tommy!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house should be a fun and happy process. Apparently, they say, its not like that at all. In my case, I feel I did the right thing by having Tommy as my Agent. That decision made the whole process fun and comfortable. He managed to make everything much more comfortable quick and easy to handle. All the paperwork was organized and digital. There were no surprises for us at any point (there were unexpected things going on but Tommy prepared us for those potential issues even before they popped up). Saved us lots of time and effort with the negotiation (I guess you need to have good skills for that because he really knew how to read the sellers mind, and reached to the bottom line fast enough) saving us 45k in Equity, that was the difference between the purchase to the appraisal. Tommy was really responsive and full of information, he managed to answer a lot of our questions and we had a lot as first time house buyers. He managed to introduce to us few of his great professional colleagues to help us with different stuff like mortgage, structural engineer, and even some contractors. ZillowVERIFIED 5 stars are not enough for Tommy because he is that good. Without inundating you with detail I'll give you a quick story why I hired Tommy to sell my condo. I owned an adjacent condo that I was preparing to rent next to the condo Tommy was selling at the time. The adjacent condo was vacant for quite sometime and I noticed that there was someone sweeping up leaves on the patio. Obviously I thought it was the new owner. You guessed it! It was NOT the new owner but Tommy doing whatever it took to get that condo unit sold. The moral of this story is that Tommy would treat your property as his own and will do everything in his power to get your property sold.
