I am in TN and was not able to get down there myself and contacted several Agents to see which one would provide the most insight and Tommy was responsive, sent over an amazing market ananlysis and his numbers were the most realistic for the home. The home needed quite a bit of work after renters moved out and he made excellent referrals to get it looking right before the sale.
