Review We were looking for a condo with specific requirements in a very small geographic area of a neighborhood that is a seller's market. Condos go under contract even before the open house, and often at above list. Tommy Hart stuck with us patiently while we looked. Tommy has a wide network of contacts that provided us with useful information during our search and helped us evaluate various properties under consideration. When it came time to submit a contract, he gave us excellent strategic advice - in terms of price, contingencies and timing - that resulted in our contract being accepted by the seller.Tommy continued to assist us while the condo was under contract. He was able to obtain some records from the seller that we wanted to see but are not required to be disclosed, and he helped us work out a repair with the seller before the closing. He reviewed the closing statement and through his experience was able to save us quite a bit of money on the title insurance. He kept in constant communication with us and the seller's agent to make sure there were no problems with our bank or the closing itself.Even after we closed, Tommy continued to provide us with recommendations and assistance to hire a mover, painter and carpenter.

Review I cant thank Tommy Hart enough for all he did to help me. He arranged for someone to come in and fix a few things up in my place and for people to paint my place. He explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was going to happen. He had my place staged amazingly. He also was able to get my condo sold after 5 days on the market. He told me I was in good hands and certainly was. Most importantly he was there to answer my questions and there were plenty of them about everything. With the stress of a new job, moving and selling my condo all at the same time I couldnt have asked for a better agent and friend to help me through the entire process. Thank you for all you did. If anyone is looking for an agent To buy or sell a home in the DMV I would highly recommend him.
