Tomeka Givens

Tomeka is a Certified New Home Co-Broker, specializing in sales of new construction homes. In addition, she specializes in working with First-Time Home Buyers, Veterans and relocating families nationwide. She is partnered with 5 housing counseling agencies throughout Central Maryland where she teacher First -Time Homebuyer Workshop. Member of The Morgan State University Alumni Association, The National Association of Realtors, Maryland Realtors, and Life Member with the Real Estate Million Dollar Association (REMDA). Tomeka also belongs to The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors where she served as the 2019 - 2020 Vice-Chair of the Equal Opportunities Committee, as well as their Diversity Equity & Inclusion Taskforce. Tomeka has been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Baltimore Magazine. She is the recipient 2020 Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors President Award for her work in serving / educating in underserved communities. In addition, she is the recipient of Homesnap's 2020 Excellence in Client Service Award as well as the 2021 Most Prominent Agent Award.
