ZillowVERIFIED I was in the process of looking to relocate to the Buffalo area right in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic. Tomasz was awesome with how he handled the situation. I would ask about specific areas and he would give me the pros and cons of those areas. When we did want to see specific homes he did an outstanding job via Zoom to give us an over all view of the home and the area around the home. Unfortunately our move to Buffalo was canceled but if the opportunity ever comes around again I will definitely use Tomasz as my agent he was very thorough honest and reliable. When I would call or text him he was right on top of what I was asking. He also hooked us up with a top notch mortgage company to get pre-qualified before we started our home search.

He has been nothing but professional and patient with us, while we worked up the courage to finally list our home and purchase another. Tom was able to sell our house and make us enough money for the 20% down payment of our new home. Even though there were very limited houses available for sale in the West Seneca area, Tom was on top of it. As soon as a home came on the market, he got us in to see it, THAT SAME NIGHT! One of them ended up being the perfect house for our family; end of a cul de sac, half acre of land, four bedrooms and in our price range. Tom put an offer in on our behalf, worked his magic and was able to seal the deal within a couple hours. This home was put on and taken off the market within the same day, that's unheard of! We've worked with other real estate agents in the past and none of them would have been so bold as to even attempt to do what Tom did for us. We are forever grateful. ZillowVERIFIED Let me start with this ... I don't trust many people when it comes to something as big as buying and selling a home. BUT Tomasz made me and my husband feel so confident in the process the first time we meet with him ! He talked us through everything .. the market .. the process of listing a home ... the process of buying a new home.. etc. He took the most amazing photos of our home and showed how amazing the location is for potential buyers. I was a ball of stress when it came to getting the house ready for showings but he was there through it all keeping me calm ! We had 3 open houses and only a few private showings ( due to having 2 dogs and a newborn ). AFTER ONE WEEK HE GOT US 6 offers !!!! 6 !!! All the offers were amazing and he helped guide us on the pros and cons of each offer. We picked and then prepared for the appraisal ( which also made me so stressed ). But Tom came to the appraisal and made sure everything worked out ! I WILL NEVER I repeat NEVER use anyone else when it comes to buying or selling. He was amazing ! NOW lets talk about when we found our dream home and we wanted to put an offer in. We were not the only offer on the table .. but Tom made it happen ! He went above and beyond to get us that house and HE DID !!! We are so excited about moving into out new house and we couldn't have don't it without him in this crazy market. NO JOKE the amount of offers when buying a house is crazy and you need to stick out from others. Tom is the one that will help you stick out. ZillowVERIFIED I cant even begin to say enough amazing things about Tom and the business he runs. I found his contact info listed among other agents on a listing we liked on Zillow. I chose to contact him because he had such high reviews and boy am I glad I did! As soon as we met him we both felt at ease with how down to earth he was and ecstatic at the lack of pushy salesperson personality we were dreading. From our very first phone call until now, hes been EXTREMELY responsive, never leaving any of my many calls or texts hanging for more than a couple minutes tops (literally that fast!). Each time I texted him the link to a listing we wanted to check out, he was able to set up a viewing for us that very day, at whatever time we needed. He also had knowledge right off the top of his head on a bunch of the listings I described to him verbally and was super well versed with everything going on in Buffalo real estate. He also gave honest advice based on what he knew we wanted. Were first time home buyers and didnt really have a clue how the process worked but Tom made it ridiculously easy and now were about to close on our dream house! He even offered to point us in the right direction to get a mortgage and find a real estate lawyer for closing. I'm not exaggerating when I say Tom is super helpful and will never leave you in the dark. He used pure wizard magic to get the seller to pick our offer out of multiple other offers that they had and was also able to have them agree to every closing request we had inside and outside of the house. Seriously, if you want to find a cool house in any price range call Tom and go see houses at your convenience. The best!!! I hope we wont be moving again soon BUT if we were going to wed call Tom!

I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and straightforward he was when showing us that house. But the thing I liked most was that he actually listened. He seemed genuinely interested to hear about our situation and what we were looking for rather than trying to put the pressure on. From that point, Tomasz was our guy to help us find our house and the experience could not have been better.
