As a retired real estate agent myself (in a nearby community), I never hesitated to contact Tom when we decided to sell our coop apartment on the beach. Tom came in to discuss the listing with my wife and me, and he looked around the apartment and the view from the terrace, and told us immediately what price he would recommend to set as the asking price. He also predicted what he thought we would get as the selling price. The apartment was on the market for a couple of months, and we sold it for exactly the price that he predicted it would bring. During the negotiating period, Tom was the consummate professional, showing respect to us, his client, as well as to the buyer, his customer. The sale was completed with two very happy couples benefiting from the transaction. I could not possibly think of anyone in the real estate business that could do abetter job than Tom Tripodi in the Long beach market and surrounding areas. I was concerned that what we had invested making our home a special place would not pay the dividends I felt were justified upon sale. Along came Tom Tripodi. He clearly explained the sales process and the current market involved. The agreed upon listing price was acceptable to me. How to market my home was left to Tom. He suggested proper staging. We followed his lead. He brought in a professional photographer and she produced stills and a video for the sales process. Tom scheduled many consecutive weekend open house presentations. I stayed away during these times so the sales team could do their thing. The bottom line: Tom Tripodi is a knowledgable, professional, sales agent who found me a buyer, in a changing market, who fully appreciated the quality of my home and piad an honest price. ZillowVERIFIED I must say from the start, anyone who knows me, knows that I am extreamely particular, and I have no patients for incompetence . The day my wife and I met Tom, He made an assertion that He could sell my home for an amount considerably more than the other realtors my wife and I met with, and we met with quit a few. because there was such a disparity between Toms recommendation and the others, It might have given me pause, except Toms demeanor was so self assured, and because he did not seem overly concerned about getting us to make a commitment, (you know, like a car salesman) my wife and I were very comfortable with the diction to sign with Tom, and were excited about the prospect of getting for our home what we had hoped for but based on other realtors thought was out of reach. Well Tom Tripodi was quit professional, and was always accessible throughout the process, but allot of realtors might make that claim. My guess is, what you really want to know is did he deliver, well to that I say "HELL YEA!" We did even better that Tom had suggested! In the end we were so completely satisfied, (I mean who wouldn't be) I would not hesitate to recommend Tom.
