ZillowVERIFIED Keith is awesome. He genuinely cares- which sounds cliche but when you're making the biggest purchase of your life it makes such a difference. It means your questions matter, and you're met with patience not pressure. He answered every question I had; even the ones that were sent late at night. He must have taken me on a million tours- and always showed up excited and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond- from going down into crawl spaces, to even helping me keep my daughter entertained while i went through inspections. He made the whole process feel exciting, not intimidating. And he helped me feel confident. ZillowVERIFIED One of my worst experiences even had in purchasing a home, she will stick fees that you never agree on and insists that you sign docs that you will never need such title closing cost where I had my own title company. Delayed closing and disbursement due to adding fees not in the contract and insist that she must collect. Very unpleasant experience. Buyer/seller beware do your due diligence before hiring her or using her company.

I aEUR~ll never recommend him to even to my enemy. I lost enormous amount of money. I did not want to sell at that price. We wanted to take the house from the market. He did not let me. He reduced it to $650k . He said u will get multiple offer. Instead of bringing multiple offer he brought this offer in the late evening and told us to sign .and he said if u dont sign he will make offer to another house. I said there is no other house. He kept on saying if u dont take it u will loose the buyer. Instead of being seller agent he helped the buyer to buy our house. The market was very hot . The house needed some work . We were prepared to do the work and put it on the market. He said people lost money doing that. I told him market is different . Interest rate is so low. No house in the market. We had to sell it at night. He said he had to go to bed. As he always gave excuses he would say I am busy or he had to put his children to bed he often said I am demanding . He was very cooperative before getting the house to sell. After getting the house he turned 180 degree.Selling our house at a lose in this market . It was a nightmare. I had been sick after selling the house. ICompletely misrepresented us. I dont know what to do. I was not hurry to sell the house. We had this house more than 30year. I aEUR~ll never recommend He deserves negative stars. . Pls advise me what I sud do . I can only write about him so that he does not get any buisness
