As first time home buyers, we came into the process with little knowledge, fear, and a mountain of questions. By the end of the process with Juan, he felt more like family then our Realtor. He helped us through some really difficult moments throughout the process and showed a genuine interest in the purchase of our first home. He NEVER made us feel like his only interest was a sale.
