Tom doesn?t skimp on the MLS pictures and he hires a very professional photographer to take them. The pictures were AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! Tom is a Shakopee native and I feel that added extra value to the seller (me). He returned any calls quickly, explained the processs, gave me valuable suggestions. He was patient and did not pressure us to buy any particular house. In fact, for many of the houses we visited, he would use his characteristic phrase I wouldnt buy this house, because . . . This was extremely helpful because it not helped us cross certain houses off our list but also helped us understand lots of potential issues with other houses we considered. Finally, even though we purchased in a strong sellers market, he managed to negotiate down the price of the house we purchased. We were very satisfied with the service Tom provided and highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have been looking to purchase a house since October or November of 2016. We have had a couple of changes with our realtor as they didnt really seem to show any interest in helping us or they were just too busy. Finally in January, we thought we would reach out to Tom; after all he was rank the number 1 in the area. With that thought, I was also a little apprehensive because of the fact that he is #1 and might not get back to us. We were pleasantly surprised that he returned our call with our initial contact and was very accommodating! January 29th a property came up in Shakopee. We called Tom right away and he was able to show the house the following day, we made and offer the same day and the sellers accepted on a Sunday! Tom is a doer! He and his team will make things happen for you. There were several challenges along the way that concerned our lender so we have extended our closing numerous times. The ordeal took about 2 months that didnt go anywhere. Yet, Tom never gave up on us. As a matter of fact after the nth time of excuses from my current lender, Tom recommended Jason Marschall, another lender who closed the house for us in 9 days! Tom is not only good at what he does but he also knows how to connect. We will only go with Tom for as long as he is in the business. Thanks Tom!

During this time Tom took us to view multiple houses around the metro area in case the sale fell through. He always gave us honest feedback and diligently worked with us to find the right home. During the short sale process, Tom continuously worked with the listing agent and their attorney to handle the entire short sale process. He kept us up to date and was able to finalize the deal when I thought all hope was lost. I can honestly say I will not work with another real estate agent.
