With a background in automotive management, banking, and mortgage lending, Tom brings a strategic and data-driven approach to real estate. His experience spans residential, commercial, investment, and development-related transactions, along with brokerage leadership and agent training. He has served in leadership roles with the Greater Regional Alliance of Realtors, including government affairs, professional standards, and training committees, and was recognized as GRAR Broker of the Year. He also served as President of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce and has been active in numerous community and economic development organizations.
