Tom helped us find our dream home and when it was time to relocate to a different state he helped put it back in the market and walked with us until it sold. He walked me through and was very knowledgeable about the houses. I was impressed with his willingness to work with me even when I was getting frustrated with the options available, he knew the right one would come my way. ZillowVERIFIED He was very helpful every step of the way in buying one house and selling an unusual (dome) house. There were many problems he helped us solve. He advised us that the county would require us to replace the septic system (which they did) and helped us find contractors who could do that He also provided help locating various other regulations and provided solutions After looking at houses the firts day he knew what we needed for a new home and found several that we considered . We were ready to make an offer on one when a new one came on the market and it fit our needs perfectly which is the one we bought. We also had to meet demands of the lender to qualify the house and buyer for the loan . He even helped my husband finish mudding one room so we could meet the lenders deadline.
