Tom scheduled appointments that would normally be our responsibility and tackled so many of the stressful aspects of selling, buying and moving. He has a network of people to solve any problem. ZillowVERIFIED I was connected to Tom through Zillow. From the outset, he was attentive to my plans and my goals, with a lot of local knowledge about the Asheville market and neighborhoods. When my brother and I went to Asheville to look at various properties, he was well informed as to all their pros and cons. After he helped me identify the property I ultimately purchased, his work on my behalf in addressing all inspections, price negotiation, and agreements with the sellers were top notch! As an attorney, perhaps i am more careful than most as to little details of the documents, and can say without reservation that Tom was on top of it all, ahead of me in running interference with everyone, including the lender. He's a real pro!

Tom worked with me beforehand to see what kinds of properties I wanted to see, regions/neighborhoods, pricing, etc. When we went up to NC to actually look at the properties, Tom acted as agent, adviser, semi-tourguide and eventual friend. I had SEVERAL problems with trying to buy a property (NONE related to Tom or Dwell), and Tom helped me incredibly. He went way beyond his job description to get a property for me. No one knew the town as well as Tom did, and he had a way of listening to me and my needs in my home search like none of the other realtors had. I admit, I was a tough customer! I knew practically to the penny how much I could afford as a mortgage payment, and I couldn't budge from that. Tom heard me loud and clear... AND he knew just when to push the envelope a bit.
