Tom came highly recommended and after contacting Tom, and it was like night and day. Tom was very knowledgeable about the local market and the state of inventory in the area. He also navigated some difficult issues with the Town, after doing considerable research, and recommended a value that would position the property for sale. He personally was present for all showings and open houses which allowed him to present the value of the property as he insisted on being knowledgeable about the history and features of the property. Through his diligence and efforts, we were able to obtain several offers within 3 days.Throughout the process, Tom was professional in his responsiveness, communication and commitment. We had already moved away from the area and Tom would routinely check on the property and on several occasions helped identify local contractors to help us with repairs and other maintenance. He also recommended a trusted and experienced closing attorney to help us with the process.Having done 6-7 transactions over the past twenty years, I can say I have not associated with someone as professional and genuinely caring about representing us as Tom. In a word, exceptional.
