We found ourselves in an unusual position where we needed to find a place fairly quickly but had some fairly tough parameters of what we were looking for. I have always known Kathy to be a great individual. Very sweet with a great personality, but had never worked with her before. She went above and beyond anything we expected professionally. She found us exactly what we were looking for within 2 weeks of contacting her. On top of that, there were multiple offers in on the house and she knew exactly how to make an offer where we had the best chance of landing the house, and we did! We couldnt be happier with our new home and how easy Kathy made the process from finding the house to knowing the lender that would best suit us and to following up and being available to us at all times before, during and after the buying process. I couldnt highly recommend someone more!
