Tom was unbelievable to work with. Very responsive with us and our questions. His knowledge of the market and real estate is second to none. He knows when to be aggressive and where he can push sellers. He and Shelly are a great team and we will not use anyone else in the Orlando area. We definitely recommend Tom to anyone buying or selling their home! We cannot imagine anyone doing a better job!

Tom worked with us for the better part of 9 months while we passively looked for houses. He was very patient with us as we decided what was important to us. When we finally got serious, Tom gave us great advice and ultimately was the reason for us getting the perfect house for us despite a bidding war. The selling agent literally said that we got the house because of how Tom managed the process! I could not be happier with our buying experience with Tom and he is going to be selling our townhouse shortly.

Tom is the BEST and hardest working realtor in all of Central Florida. He bent over backwards to get the best home at the best price. He has an impressive amount of knowledge about the area and homes/buildings etc and a mastery of the art of negotiation. He is always available to help me and truly has the heart of a teacher. His spectacular knowledge of short sales and difficult real estate situations puts him far and above all other realtors in the area. This is the BEST realtor out there.
