What a wonderful team these two ladies are! Staged our home on a Tuesday, had a showing on Wednesday and our home hit the market SOLD PENDING on Thursday! Team Chilcoat, If you have a dream to own the perfect home (not just a House ) . This is the team to have . Here is our story of a dream home come true. We were out of town when we heard about a community new build opening up . The information meeting was scheduled while we were out of town . I called team Chilcoat and they attended on our behalf. Reported back that sales were to start before our return to town . I ask the team to evaluate our present home and a rental for value and salability. Problem was we would not be home to clean and fix what needed to be done in time for homes to go on the market . Team chilcoat organized our family and scheduled repair people, so that both homes were up and sold in time to close on the new build . They worked with the builder to FaceTime us to pick our the building lot and choices . Now We have the best lot and best home ever , perfect for us .
