ZillowVERIFIED Tom was super Professional, he was super patient with me throughout the entire process. We found our dream home thanks to Tom Garuccio! Fun Fact we learned about Tom is he was a firefighter before doing real estate, we weren?t that surprised considering he saved us from a Hot market!

ZillowVERIFIED Would rate billion stars, but could only go up to 5. Looking to buy a home? Look no further. Tom is the person you?re looking for. The responsiveness and attention to detail that Tom gave us while navigating the process of making an offer and buying our first home was comparative to having a close friend or family member as your realtor. The first offer we put in on our first home purchase was accepted and we just closed on the home. I?m completely confident that was due to following Tom?s advice to the ?T? in creating our offer and then letting him do his thing. The fact that most people have been putting in offer after offer on house after house and not getting the home they want in this incredibly competitive market and we were able to avoid that feeling entirely can be directly attributed to Tom?s due diligence. Do your self a favor now and call him now.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom was able to sell my father?s home for over ask in less then a week as is with no appraisal. The guy is the best in Cleveland. All cash just a few hiccups but those were the title companies issue.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom took the time to help me find my dream home. Not only was he friendly but extremely knowledgeable on home structure and what to look for when buying a good home. This was a must for me since I was a first time home buyer and knew nothing! Thank you again Tom!

ZillowVERIFIED Tom has the proper professional demeanor to go along with his solid skill set for helping clients who may be feeling pressured to find the right deal. He was always a message or phone call away to answer questions and diligently researched information I needed for both my sales. His patience and and assertiveness when needed helped me complete two sales in very tight time window. I highly recommend Tom for your Real Estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Tom in a very accelerated rate, as I purchased a home spontaneously while visiting family in Cleveland. I was grossly unprepared and was concerned that we might be able to pull it off. Toms experience and professionalism was exactly what was needed and everything came together really well. I would highly recommend Tom for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer, Tom was very easy to work with. After showing me a couple of properties, he was able to narrow down what I was looking for in a home before I even knew what I was looking for. I would recommend Tom to anyone who is looking to buy their next home!

ZillowVERIFIED I can?t say enough about Tom. He truly cared about our interests, went to bat for us, and got us the most perfect house. He took care of everything and made it so easy and stress free. Even before we put on the offer he was climbing around in the attic and looking for issues. Anyone who uses him to buy our sell a home have made a perfect choice!

ZillowVERIFIED Tom was absolutely amazing to work with! When when we first decided to sell out house we had no idea what we were getting into and what to expect. He was with us every step of the way and made it a total breeze. Not only did he prepare us step by step what expect, but he worked so hard to get our house told FAST. He helped us stage our decor and took amazing professional photos of our cozy little home that really captured the charm. I am beyond happy that we stumbles across him and cant refer him enough to anyone selling or thinking about selling their house!
