About as knowledgeable as it gets, he saved my wife and myself from buying several different properties that wouldnt have been favorable for us in the end. He helped us find our dream house! He was extremely punctual at setting up appointments to see houses and answering messages. He never pressured us to buy anything. His negotiations skills were unmatched at getting us our home. He was able to shut out everyone else from the competition with his negotiating tactics. After we closed on our house he even helped us do several things that we didnt have the knowledge of doing to get our house in order. Prior to listing, he visited the home to assess needed improvements and helped us navigate the process of our tenant leaving the property. In addition Tom helped to coordinate the flooring and painting contractors while checking on the home periodically because we lived out of town. ZillowVERIFIED Tom was a spectacular agent. Having moved many times I had gotten to the point of thinking that an agent was a money scheme... Tom crushed that opinion very quickly. Early on he spent more time asking questions and listening than trying to sell. Then as we seem to run into one road block after another he jumped in and found solutions. After our loan fell through he was able to successfully convince the home owner to allow a rent to own process so we had time to get the loan secured without losing the house. He then was able to provide us with multiple contacts that we each just as good and dedicated to their work as he was. Ultimately his resources were able to close our loan, settle a past rental dispute, and quickly and completely correct some issues with the house. It was a whirlwind of one challenge after another and I can't imagine going through all of them with anyone other than Tom. Now I fully understand what a GREAT agent is and why they are needed. Tom showed us alternatives to what we thought we were looking for, he was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were looking in and let us know when a house would come on the market by sending us listings right away. He told us what to do to make our former house sell, and it sold in about a week for a price above list (although it was reduced after appraisal without negotiation).
