Once our original contract ended, we interviewed several realty companies. We were frustrated and fed-up with the whole processes. We finally decided to give Alice Cooper and Adams Cameron a chance. It was the best decision we made. Alice was always calm, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable on every situation that came up. Alice and her team knew which sign was HOA approved and installed it right away. That weekend, she set up an open house. In no time, we had an offer, then we had a back-up offer. When the first buyers financing fell through, she immediately called the back up offer...sadly they already had a contract on another home. So she called other potential buyers that had been at the open house and just like that...we had another offer. She never stopped reaching out to buyers and showing our house until it was sold. ZillowVERIFIED Alice is a rock star! I couldnt have asked for a better agent. I first met Alice when she represented the buyer of our house. I was so impressed by her tenacity and professionalism that she was the first person I called to represent me in my purchase search. She and her team never let me down--even though I was not the best nor the most consistent client. Looking back, I think I was all over the place in what I wanted in a new home. But Alice had patience with me and she was a competent advisor as we made our way through this wild, wild world of real estate. It was also a strange time for real estate in Florida: prices were high (too high!), inventory was small (too small!), and even the ugliest houses (or maybe I should say hideous) were being snapped up left and right. Alice guided me through those odd times, and led me to the right new home for me. She also does some cool real estate videos on YouTube.

It was a very unique property and to say the transaction was difficult would be an understatement. However, Alice maintained professionalism throughout the entire process, including handling difficult negotiations with the seller with the utmost diplomacy while upholding our best interests. She was with us every step of the way, personally managing all of the various third-parties needed to close the transaction (that, as first-time home buyers, we didn?t even know we needed). And after close, her service hasn?t stopped - she provided great recommendations for service providers in the area (which we really needed since we moved from out of state, so it?s nice to have a list of trusted plumbers, electricians, etc. right away).
