ZillowVERIFIED Want the job done? Hire Tom! We were out-of-town clients. That made us harder to work with than the average client. He would show us houses at the last minute. He would preview houses for us at times. We backed out of a contract, he didn't try to change our minds or question us, he just sent the contract release. We looked at a lot of houses across the spectrum because we were not married to one particular house type. He was ok with that. He always returns emails and texts promptly, even if it is way to late at night to be working. He is just a huge go-getter! I would recommend him. I will probably use him in the future for purchasing rentals.

It was up to me to not only sell the home, but to care for all of the belongings inside. I found an estate company to handle the contents and auction my aunt's furniture and belongings, and Tom and his team coordinate with the company to quickly get the home on the market and sold. I live in California, and the comfort both Tom and the Estate company provided, allowed me to return home knowing everything was in good hands. A neighbor had recommended Tom and the next day as I worked from my uncles old desk, I noticed the first card in his very old rolodex had the name Tom Boggs. Fate...
