Tom is a Partner and Principal owner of Livian St. Louis, formally known as The Krause Basler Network, powered by Keller Williams Realty. Tom and his partner, Dawn Krause formally merged their businesses on October 1st, 2015. Together, Dawn Krause and Tom Basler bring a combined 50 years of real estate experience to their customers with the philosophy, "No one succeeds alone." The Krause Basler Team helped us to list and sell our house in 2 days at full price!! The Team is very well organized and has expertise in all areas from accessing house condition, recommending selling strategy to finally closing!! This is the best team I have met so far!! I have worked with the Krause Basler Team in the past and have always been given exceptional professional Real Estate Services. I've bought and sold using this Team and I return for any of my Real Estate needs because they never fail me, in any way. It's not just the Real Estate Agent who I work most closely with but the whole team that supports the buying or selling activities and tasks behind the scenes. The support staff works closely with the financing and title organizations as well as scheduling and following up with city or county regulations, home appraiser's, home inspector's, staging design consultants and even contractors needed to make repairs or updates prior to putting a house on the market or based on home inspection findings prior to buying or selling. We worked with the Krause Basler Team (specifically Tom Basler) for the sale of our house and property. Our house was a unique property in the St. Charles area in that it was a Large Home with property, a custom barn, unique pool and heavily landscaped property. It would take just the right buyer to purchase this property. It took us about 9 months to find the right buyer for a home like this and we even had to consider whether we would relist. with them after 6 months. We are so glad that we made the decision to relist with them because they were able to do some unique things to really get movement into the home once winter was over. We really enjoyed working with them and actually used them. a few months later to help us sell a a lot that we owned. They were able to sell this lot within two weeks of listing, where normally it takes 9-12 months to sell lots in this subdivision.We highly recommend using there team. They are very responsive, highly knowledgeable of the market and how to move a home, as well as able to be creative to help move properties in a manner that both parties come out of the sale getting what they need.
