We are now 12 days post-close and still dealing with faulty and incomplete repairs that were clearly agreed upon in the contract. Throughout escrow, Tom was condescending and unprofessional, and failed to ensure the sellers met their repair obligations in full. We ultimately decided to rent and not purchase at that time, but Tom left such a positive impression on us that earlier this year when we decided to list our rental property for sale, Tom was someone we remembered and immediately wanted to hire. When I contacted him he remembered us right away (impressive), asked all the right questions, and handled every detail of our listing from start to finish in a virtually seamless manner. We had some complexities that included a tight timeline for closing escrow and working with a tenant who needed to move out prior to close of escrow. There were a lot of variables that could go wrong but I slept well every night throughout the process knowing aEURoeTom was on it.aEUR? Tom Bashe is a consummate professional who exhibits grace under pressure, knows how to work with all of the other players involved (buyers agent, escrow officers, home inspectors) to get things done. ZillowVERIFIED All you need to know about Tom Bashe is he will get you the home of your dreams and will sell your home for top dollar. In todays competitive market details matter. Tom was fantastic worked morning noon and night to get us through every step of the process in both the buying and selling of our homes. We sold our home for 11K over asking price including one month of free rent so we could take our time finding our new home. He also pointed us to a lender who had the best interest rates and lender credits in the country. Believe me when I say they are the best; I researched every lender and had an elaborate excel worksheet comparing every term side-by-side. When it came to buying in Temecula, I believe we had an unfair advantage working with Tom since he was so familiar with the tax rates, schools, traffic, (sun positions) and personally knew many of the local realtors/agents. As it turns out, there was a bidding war for the property we wanted and when it was all said and done we have our dream home partially due to Toms relationship with the selling agent. Now moving in, he has helped us secure a painter, closet guy, and shutter company at a great value. We just cant say enough good things about Tom and his professionalism and work ethic.

ZillowVERIFIED The best realtor I have ever dealt with. I was new to the area and he showed me approximately 20 plus homes. I fell in love with a home early on and he insisted on still getting me familiar with the area to make sure thats what I wanted. I'm really glad that he did. He was honest about his views. He didnt make me feel like a customer but more like a friend. He wasnt out to just close on a home. I genuinely felt as if he cared that I was happy. Ive never had that before from a realtor. He is honest, very professional, proficient, knowledgeable etc... I can sit here and brag about the great job he did all day long but at the end of the day.. he exceeded all of my expectations in a realtor. I'm glad I went through him. I dont think I could had made a better choice.
