ZillowVERIFIED I met one of Tom's associates several months ago at an open house. Leah Hollanbach is well versed, open, friendly and best of all approachable. These are very important qualities to myself and my partner Liz. A short time later as my partner and I we looking to purchase a property we stumbled upon a 125 year old townhouse within Roosevelt Terrace, a National Historic treasure located on Ogden St. in Superior, WI. We asked Leah to become involved and she graciously accepted. Leah worked closely with Tom, his wife Dana, and their staff to assist my partner and I. It was through discussions between Leah, Tom and Dana that issues were discussed that might be very detrimental to my partner and I. In the end it became too much of a liability. The townhouse was a true "Grande Dame" of "her" time and the historic value within Superior, WI, has yet to be appreciated. Thank you Leah, Tom and Dana for your tireless assistance. My partner and I hope one day the right property will come along and Acton Reality will play a part in the transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom was very helpful in selling my 96 year old Grandma's house. She needed to move into a nursing home so we had to sell her home as soon as possible. Tom went to the nursing home to talk with her and the family as needed. He took his time explaining all that we needed to know and made sure we understood before he moved on to the next thing. When it came time for closing he again came down to the nursing home to do all of the paperwork. My family highly recommends Tom to anyone looking to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED After shopping for water front property for what seemed like forever we finally found, and purchased a beautiful piece of land with the Acton's help 5 years ago. 3 years later things changed, and we moved to southern Wisconsin. We spoke with the the Acton's about putting the property up for sale, but the market was just not the same, and we may have taken a loss, so we decided to hold on, until just a couple weeks ago. Tom had heard there was someone was looking for property like ours, and he thought of us. What an amazing memory, and how thoughtful for him to give us a call after 3 years. Tom was upfront on his knowledge of the property value, and helped us negotiate a great deal. This experience turned out to be more than we could've imagined. We sold our land and closed in what I would call record time. We were able to conduct most of the transaction via email, which made it very easy since we live so far away, and scheduled the closing on a holiday for our convenience since we would be in town visiting family. We also received help with securing a buyers agent for a new home in Southern Wisconsin. I couldn't be happier with the friendly, thoughtful experience I've received dealing with Tom and his wife, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tom worked with us through the negotiation of a first house, though he had his concerns. We didn't listen to him at first, but as time passed, we found that he had been right all along and his expertise paid off. We ended up finding the perfect home for us! ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended by a friend to use tom and I signed with him I found a buyer for the home my self talk to tom and asked if there would be a reduction in my fee since these people did not have a realtor and if he would reduce the fee I would pass them to him instead of getting there own realtor he said let's make sure they sign off on them being represented by the same realtor which he then signed them and I never heard a word until the week of closing I called him and reminded him of our conversation and he had amnesia and claimed he as earned his money almost 18,000 and never met the buyers till the day of closing I then talk to toms broker and he also was as rude as tom was! Very sad to lose customers and referrals for a little bit of money! Please be careful!
