* My wife and I ended up buying a home in another area with another realtor, but I wanted to leave Todd (and his associate Ryan) a 5 star review.Todd worked with my wife and I in our search for a home in New Canaan and Norwalk. We really enjoyed his easy-going, zero pressure approach to home buying, even in a crazy seller's market. Todd is experienced and very knowledgeable about the area and about home ownership and home renovation generally. He happily answered dozens of questions via email/text, gave us driving tours of various towns and of course accompanied us to see many different houses. His opinions are always backed by evidence and experience and you never feel like he's trying to make the decision for you. As he told us, "Home buying is supposed to be fun!" Although it was a rough experience for us buying in such a low inventory environment we really appreciate Todd's attitude and customer service throughout the time we worked with him. We'd also like to give praise to Ryan Panny who also showed us several houses during the weekends. Ryan shares the same local knowledge paired with a friendly, zero pressure attitude.
