He hired local people for a couple of required code updates prior to listing and just told me it was taken care of! I was kept informed throughout the process when it would be cleaned, photos taken, when the listing went live and the open house attendance and reaction of attendees. I couldn't have asked for a better result, under agreement in under 3 weeks for full asking price with minimal effort on my part. He exceeded all expectations and I would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED My father passed away leaving us his home. I'm not from the area but my dad instructed us to contact Todd Sandler when the time came. That was such an exceptional recommendation. Despite never having to meet face to face I had numerous conversations with Todd. This was a little complicated because of my father's trust account. Todd not only found a buyer immediately after we had the ready for sale but also organized a junk removal, cleaning and all necessary repairs. He actually answered his phone every time I called him which was so helpful but also unexpected. No one has ever made themselves so available to me for questions, and there were a lot Todd also took care of every detail of the closing including dealing with my dad's estate lawyer. Finally when there was a snag with the way we were paid Todd immediately got in touch with the closing attorney and had the funds directly wired into my account. I can't say enough or give a higher recommendation for Todd Sander. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe his professionalism and overall personality He's literally the best!!!!!

Todd is a professional real estate agent with excellent communication skills, who takes the time to explain every step of the selling process. He gave us solid advise to what repairs we needed and offered suggestions for improvements that would add value to our home. Todd provided us with a sellers packet full of information, it included a map of our parcel, property easements, lot size, and a list of homes similar to ours, that had recently sold in our area. This list was particularly helpful to understand the propertys real value based on actual sales, versus our imagined sentimental value. Because after 27 years of raising a family in our home, we had become the proverbial empty nesters and the decision to sell had been difficult. We also had the challenge of putting our home on the market during the Corona Virus pandemic. But here again, Todds strong real estate knowledge, his willingness to be innovative and tech savviness proved extremely helpful. Especially when he provided us with an app that allowed us to schedule contact-less appointments for our home showings. On the first day we had 14 contact-less showings! It was so cool, that we called it the Todd Sandler Magic. And it worked seamlessly with his real estate network, that simultaneously listed our home across multiple real estate listing websites. As Todd explained it, we only needed one buyer. We were extremely excited when our home sold, it was rather quick and sold at a fair price, with little out of pocket expense, and most fees paid at the closing. It was a very positive experience, because Todd Sandler is an awesome agent. We highly recommend him.
