He told us how to present the house, what to remove, the relevent documents the lender needed, etc. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and posted any relevant information I needed. He was also there for the closing so I wasnt in the dark. When the closing was delayed, Todd made sure the buyers lender was doing their part.
