Ive worked with Todd a few times before and the process was always smooth. Our most recent deal was selling a home that included several complexities including facilitating the sale while I now live out of state, arranging a proceed split between two co-owners, and navigating home-improvement issues prior to sale. He never missed a beat through these obstacles. He was communicative throughout the process and offered contractor recommendations for any issue we ran into. We were able to get the repairs done quickly and correct, making the disclaimer process easy. Todd was able to get us an offer in the first week for our asking price.
