We also done real Staging of the home, he fixed all the small issues, paint to walls, small cracks in tiles etc. and paid attention to every detail. Todd Poor was truly exceptional. I met him at a first time home buying seminar that was focused on grants and loans. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying with a low down-payment. Todd was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didnt pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a newly constructed condo so it wasnt a straightforward deal. He told me that going in and highlighted the concerns that he had and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldnt have to wait for a long time to move in. They insisted that I didn't need an inspection, Todd said What? We %150 need to inspect the home, these people don't have your best interest in mind. Inspection had a few small things. Thanks Todd!

15 out of 10 STARS! Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being aEURoeemotionallyaEUR? invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer, I'm not sure what to expect, whats good/bad, etc., and they were always so candid and provided their own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what they had learned about me. I truly appreciated their input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, IMO, it is crucial to keep those around that do. Its easy to push paper and get the signatures, but they are really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above,Todd and his loan officer Blake went above and beyond (as I'm positive they do with all of their clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout.

Todd did everything he was supposed to in order to get us to house that we want and you gotta stop the best possible deal on the house and And he was he was constantly doing everything he was supposed to do he did not slap one time and he was a very good agent and I could if I were a bit against it again I'll fleetside I even helped me with the stuff that I had nothing to do with the house hes got a good heart hes a good person

Todd is absolutely amazing!!! We met him at an open house we found randomly before we were even serious about buying. He has been extremely helpful and just wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable about so many different areas and cities, as we are somewhat new to Texas. Our only disappointment is that we didnt get to work with him longer! He found our beautiful home and within a month and a half we closed. You will not be disappointed with him as your realtor, I absolutely 100% recommend Todd Poor as your realtor!
