Todd Maxey is great to work with. We bought a house from him and sold a house to him for a quick sell. He does it all. He was beyond fair in his dealings. Todd helped us sell and buy a house twice both times were a pleasure . He made the process extremely easy. He scheduled the photos, inspections, and listing immediately then one day later we had an accepted offer on our house. Hes very efficient and timely. Both times we didnt know the areas and he knew everything like hed actually lived there. He was always immediately available to look at houses and we were usually the first ones to view and then his partner Nikki would have our offer in no time giving us a clear advantage in this market. With our loan process they always had required documentation in before the timelines or they were asked. I cant praise Todd enough hes the only realtor our family would recommend.
