Todd Kessman

Todd is a licensed associate real estate broker and sales manager of the Pawling Berkshire Hathaway Office. He has been lifelong resident of the Putnam/Dutchess area and has been a top producer in the market for over 18 years. He is well respected in the industry and possesses strong leadership, sales and marketing skills that will directly benefit his office and the company. Prior to his career in real estate, Todd worked on the family farm, Kessman Brothers Inc., in Patterson, NY, the third largest sweet corn grower in the state. Having to locate and lease 1500 acres of farmland each year to sow the crops made real estate a natural progression for him. Todd's 'Think Local' ethic is rooted in his core values of respect, honesty and loyalty. "I have lived and worked here all my life, raised my family here and pride myself on doing business for the betterment of those I work with and the community." Todd and his wife currently live in Wingdale, NY.
