We first met with Todd 5 months before listing our house. He explained the process and how to prepare our house before listing. Upon listing our house we had an accepted offer over asking price in less than a week.Selling much quicker than we expected we were now a bit panicked about finding a new house in the same school district due to the fact there was very limited inventory for sale. Todd came through again and found us a house in the community we wanted to be in before it was listed.
