In addition, he was awarded #1 in listings closed and total sales volume in the city of Hemet for 2018 and 2019. His career volume consists of over 200 closed transactions with 54 closed transactions in 2018 and 61 closed transactions in 2019.

He adds, "My family has been in real estate for as long as I can remember." His father excelled in condo ownership and property management and his mother built the homes they lived in growing up in New Hampshire. Todd, however, found his future in real estate sales and has had his license for ten years.

What's the secret to his success? It all comes down to the client experience and making that a positive interaction from start to finish. With communication, honesty, and structure, Todd exceeds his clients' expectations. He finds real estate rewarding. He says, "I finally found a career for the rest of my working life, which is really fantastic. It's even better that I love what I do."

He stays motivated through his family, consisting of his wife Sharon and two daughters (ages 4 and 7). Although he admits he doesn't have much of a social life, working and hanging out with his family makes his life complete. Todd says, "My over-the-top wife does it all. She has self-proclaimed that she was promoted to full-time mom from being a teacher."

Prior to real estate, he worked in the restaurant business as a bartender, manager, and minority owner of a restaurant. Originally from a tiny town in New Hampshire with 1800 people and one blinking red light. "It was a nice place to grow up," says Todd. He came to California to attend college in Claremont. It was here in California that he met his wife and put down roots. When Todd isn't working, he enjoys having "family days" where they go to the beach, go to the snow, visit Sea World, see the animals at the zoo, and enjoy Disneyland. "That is a huge highlight in the week for me," says Todd. He also enjoys exercising.

He has some advice for the up and coming top producer. He says, "Don't get in your head too much." He adds, "Be grateful because with a grateful heart comes positivity." Also, "focus on abundance and not lack." He likes giving to others by supporting his local church and working with Berkshire Hathaway which gives to charities locally and abroad. "My passion is my family," Todd concludes. He wouldn't have it any other way.
