Here are some of the things we liked about Todd. Knowledge: Todd's knowledge of the local market and housing trends in general are really commendable. After carefully learning about our budget, preferences and needs, Todd was able to create a rough plan of what kind of houses we should visit in what kind of neighborhoods. Moreover, Todd has a plethora of knowledge on house construction and designs, local zoning codes and long-term value indicators. For every house that we wanted to tour, Todd would find two or three more houses in the market that wed visit. Care for Clients: Todd was very patient with first-time buyers like us, explaining pros and cons of each house. ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed several realtors to sell my mother in-laws home. Todd really stood out. Other realtors suggested just painting the front of the house. Todd was very ethical and said paint front AND back. Other realtors said just paint over popcorn ceilings. Todd said remove popcorn ceilings. Todd has several crews doing his remodels so he handled all the bids and the work was completed in a timely fashion. We became so comfortable with Todd that we had him choose the new house colors which were fabulous. We also had him make changes as he saw fit. We were going to put new carpets upstairs, but Todd changed it and used the original wood floors that were already in place which was another great idea. Todd is very knowledgeable, responsive and is a masterful negotiator. I give Todd Fernandes my highest recommendation.

The best thing that I love and appreciate about Todd is his honesty and putting our needs before his own interest. ZillowVERIFIED Todd is a really kindhearted guy who saved us a ton of money on our home. I met him as a referral from a friend. He managed to get my friend a deal on a house that was priced below its value. I hoped that he could do the same for me. He delivered in a big way. I was a first time buyer, and Todd was very patient. He answered all of my questions. When he didn't know the answer, he went out of his way to put me in touch with somebody who would, or he did the research himself to get to the bottom of the query. Throughout the process, I watched him go out of his way to help other people, some who weren't even clients, see houses, make deals, and even find a bargain on a place to stay on vacation. If the outcome of my transaction had been different, I still would have enjoyed working with him because of his kind and thoughtful demeanor, and his positive and helpful attitude. Todd was able to help me find a house that met my criteria a lot faster than I had expected. Friends and colleagues lamented that it took 4-6 months or more for them to find a house. Todd was able to find me something in about two. The price he negotiated was also below market, but the savings didn't end there. I had gotten pre-approved through my credit union for a mortgage with an interest rate that was competitive with the rates that most other banks had been advertising. However, Todd was able to put me in touch with people who were able to get me into a loan a full percentage point below the market rates. When this home needed the inevitable post-purchase fix ups, Todd also knew some fantastic folks who were quick, reliable, and talented craftsmen who could get the house looking good and at a fair price -- lower than what many contractors were bidding. I highly recommend Todd, and would work with him again in a heartbeat. He's great to work with, and he gets stellar results. More than that, he's willing to leverage his network to ensure that his clients get the best possible outcome on the entire home buying process.
