On our first trip to the Valley (Maricopa county), we quickly learned that finding the perfect home was the first of a number of challenges that we would face. To our surprise, we were told there were multiple offers on our perfect house. On the day we left, to head back home, we looked at one last place. This is where we luckily met Todd. With such a competitive market, Todd did a great job representing us and guiding through the negotiation process. Our offer was accepted thanks to Todd?s expertise! After the acceptance of our offer Todd then helped us navigate through the rest of process and did a great job of keeping us up to date and on task to get us to the closing even with us out if town. Unfortunately due to a health issue we were unable to move to AZ. So, we asked Todd to sell our home. This was literally just a few days after we bought it. Todd turned around and re-sold the house for us in a day! Again, with us out of state, Todd did an incredible job of keeping us up to date and on task to help make the sales process as easy as possible. Considering the health issue, that was extremely valuable to us. I can say all the professional things about Todd like how detail oriented he was, how knowledgeable about the market he was, how professionally persistent he was, which would all be true but, Todd took this process personal and was as invested in this sale as we were! In the beginning there was a little disconnect with the actual finding of a home but after setting some preferences and being aggressive with the bidding process, Todd was able to get me into my home in record time.
